Why learn to drive when somebody in this town has already claimed the best license plate ever? This has got to be a fellow professor, don’t you think?
You are too young to be a curmudgeon, Clarissa. Maybe when you are at least 60 years old.
I think I will definitely turn 60 before I get a license and buy a car. :-) :-)
Haha! When I get my car, I should get a license plate exactly like that. I’m probably one of the youngest curmudgeons that you have come across on this blog. I simply can’t stand the rampant amateurism and cultural decline that I’ve seen in so much of the entertainment and art during the past 40-50 years.
Yeah! I learned another word from you, my wonderful thesaurus-friend!
I had to look it up too and I am flabbergasted. And I love this word. And flabbergasted too :)
