The Government Has Been in Charge

Sorry, people, just one more table from the same source as the previous one:

The facile creature has not even been able to notice that a single government has NOT been in charge of anything for 42, 47 or 77 years. We’ve had different governments with very disparate agendas succeeding each other at regular intervals this entire time. It seems like this guy has been asleep since the first day of first grade.

Also, please notice how the poor are “a growing segment of the population that continually seeks more.” I’ve had students whose command of the English language was miserable but it’s rare that one gets to see anything of this caliber. What is it that the poor, whose numbers grow, “continually seek”? More poverty? Because according to this weird guy’s own statement, that’s the only things those “continually seeking” poor are getting.

As we say in my culture, and these are the people who want to offer me lessons on how to pick my nose!

  1. Well, we haven’t technically had “different governments,” we’ve just had different people running the same government. The government we have was created by the Constitution and the Constitution has thus far sustained that same government. Regarding the “growing segment of the population that continually seeks more,” I think he is referring to how many of the poor who become dependent on government entitlements simply seek more and more government entitlements.

This would be like if you said “Ford has been making cars for over 100 years.”

and I said “That’s not true. There have been many Ford CEO’s and owners over the years so you can’t really say that Ford has done anything for 100 years.”

    1. The mythical “government” that, in spite of consisting of people from entirely different political parties, magically pursues the same goals for 70+ years is an invention of very ignorant and silly people. Let’s not take them very seriously. They exist to be mocked.

  3. I would never offer you advice on picking your nose of my own volition young lady. But if I were pressed to do so – I I would suggest you use dynamite. Do it in a room of full your peers!

Dammit, I will have to admonish Captain Capitalism for referring me to blogs of stupid people. The bloody nerve!
