A woman I know slightly said that Obama made her “sick to her stomach” for eight years. There are concerns involving every topic you listed, but none of them makes me sick to my stomach.

Republicans here, 2/3 of the voters, kept saying his election meant “the blacks” could come out of “their neighborhoods” with torches and burn white folks’ houses down.

A propos our discussion of who won the culture wars, see my most recent post. If some SJW blabberer thinks it’s ok publicly to use insulting language with me because I politely corrected a factual error in what he said, then I think the question of who won has been settled once and for all.
I anticipate disciplinary actions as a result of all this, and obviously not for him.

Well, men tend to win and also, nowadays, you do have to say certain words all the time. I am constantly being corrected for insufficient leftism by people who aren’t even left.

GSLiC? Private guards, well you know who the police protect … and yes, there are neighborhood watches, gated communities, and subdivisions where there’s only one way in/out and the people in the first house have the surveillance cameras on / the phone on speed dial.

I don’t trust the government or the large private companies that much.
It would be so much more convenient to have, for example, a FitBit. But I don’t because 1)I’m murder on watches and 2)they’ve used it in murder cases to convict murders (of people, not watches.) :-p
I don’t even use mobile banking, or mobile apps to pay for things.
Heck, I wasn’t even going to switch to a smartphone until they stopped making the kind of phone I liked (magic ink keyboards) and they made non smartphones expensive and sucky (iow, worse.)
