I was feeling really shitty today and couldn’t figure out why. I’d had 10 hours of sleep, went to my workout, which usually makes me feel great, but still felt like crap all day. Couldn’t work, couldn’t do anything useful with myself. Didn’t even answer work-related emails, which never happens to me.
It took me until late afternoon to figure it out. It had suddenly gotten very warm and I had no idea and didn’t turn on the AC. How was I supposed to know it could suddenly be +28C?
