I’m grumpy and sad because I had to suspend my fitness membership for a month (because I’ll be out of town). I’m forever traumatized by ten years of PT at school, and as a result I always hated anything athletic. This is the first time I’ve actually not hated working out and even noticed that I can now do things I couldn’t at the beginning. So I’ve grown attached. Plus, there is a group challenge going on, and I like the competitive edge. The program is like CrossFit for overweight middle-aged mom crowd. It’s perfect for me.
