Watch Before It’s Censored

Facebook, YouTube and Google have been trying to censor this video by Heather McDonald. Please watch it because it explains perfectly why BLM is based on a pack of lies. These aren’t people who have a righteous cause but whose methods are questionable. No, these are terrible people who want to prevent any advancement for African Americans.

  1. When I click on that link, Google wants me to sign in to verify my age to view some livestream of interminate length.
Nobody is that compelling, even if I agree with them.

    1. Isn’t it maddening that a completely innocent scholarly video is censored like this?

The indifference of people towards being treated like cattle is Soviet-like.

This video looks like a livestream at the first glance, but it’s not. Move your mouse to 14:24 and the program will begin.

Don’t know why they put 14 minutes of empty video before the beginning.

Wish somebody would confront Facebook, YouTube and Google about the censoring. Somehow ISIS put up its videos of graphic executions on Internet, videos of sexual & other child abuse are posted, but this lecture is the one thing they wish to go after?

That seems even shadier. And I have no idea who the “they” is in that sentence. YouTube? The uploaders?

Heather MacDonald had an oped in WSJ which can be seen here

  2. How may one explain the finding that “whites are about three times more likely to be fatally shot than blacks once their homicide rates are taken into account”? (34:50 in the video) And this: “officers in ten large cities and counties were more likely to shoot a suspect without first being attacked if the suspect was white than if the suspect was black”? (minute 35 in the video)

Interesting which other factors may explain those findings which point at whites as a disadvantaged group while dealing with police. She cites numerous studies supporting this conclusion, but why hasn’t any researcher gone behind those numbers to find the cause? May be somebody had and she simply doesn’t cite them.

    1. It’s never going to be researched because the topic is a sure-fire career ender. The studies she cites are being erased from public record. 2019 was the last year when real numbers were recorded. Starting this year, we’ll get the numbers that will confirm the dogma.

I thought may be you or readers would be able to guess why it is so, to provide some kind of explanation.

Police being more violent towards whites becomes even stranger when taken together with

“Black suspects 4 times more likely to resist police orders”

        and

“Black males make up about 40% of all cop killers, though they are 6% of the population”

        1. As long as the person who was shot is poor, there are no consequences for shooting white men. White people assume that if a white man is shot by police, it’s probably because he was brandishing a weapon or attacking someone, or otherwise behaving like a crazy person. Locally, a white guy was shot and killed by police last year. When our local news initially posted a headline about it, on Facebook, with very little detail (it said “officer-involved shooting, one dead, more details when we get them”)… immediately, all the guy’s neighbors jumped into the comments on it giving their accounts of the guy (crazy, off his meds, frequently violent and threatening people), and what they had seen or heard of the incident (“I could hear him yelling at the cop from three houses away!”). Nobody was trashing the cop. They understood: the dude was nuts, he was waving a gun around, all his neighbors were afraid of him, and not only was it no fault of the cop’s, they felt bad for him having to shoot someone.

When a black man is shot by police, it is immediately trumpeted all over social media, by people who may or may not even know the guy, that he was unarmed, totally innocent, and also a great guy who was loved and cherished by everyone. Nobody waits for the details, and nobody volunteers the details. It is assumed to be the fault of racism or police brutality, and no facts will change that narrative. The community closes ranks.

IMO it is a basic “us vs them” problem. For white people there is no “us” based on race. Only gross white supremacists think in terms of “us white people”. You’ll see white folks close ranks along a lot of other lines– family, religion, political party, sports, etc. It’s just that “white people” isn’t a cohesive cultural group that we feel we need to defend against outsiders. Black folks in America have a history of being actually targeted by the police, so even though that’s doesn’t seem to be the case anymore, they still have an “us vs police” culture?

  3. Trump will be reelected. A few more examples of such ‘activism,’ while Biden remains silent, and the only remaining question will be whether Trump will win by a factor of 2 or 10.

After Demotrash’s rec, checked thebellows and saw a great (short but very informative) article why schools need to open unless we want public education be destroyed forever:

    Coronavirus Is Coming for Education
Coronavirus has crashed the economy, but its most lasting impact might be on our public schools.

(el: after talking about schools, the author makes a wider point)

the balanced budget requirements we’ve foolishly allowed our states to pass over the years enable every economic crisis to become an existential threat to our public sector. As soon as there’s any fall in revenue, the gloves come off. We are stuck in a losing war to save what’s left of a decaying system. Capitalism will keep producing economic crises, and those crises will continue to hit revenue, and every time revenue is hit the states will chew on the bones of the public sector, until the marrow is gone and there is nothing left to nibble.
