My interpretation… in sort of realpolitik
Biden has no real record to run on and is obviously in a state of accelerating cognitive decline therefore the strategy is to make the election entirely about “Trump bad!” where Biden is essentially just a non-Trump
Harris on the other hand can be counted on to maintain establishment discipline and class loyalty (to her aspirational class which is the one percent) so they can turn the entire country in San Francisco – which has been the model that the techno-financial elite have for the country.
Get ready for used needles and human shit on your sidewalks Peoria!
Goodbye schools and police! Hello self-criticism sessions! And if you complain you’re an enemy of the state!
It’s kind of tragic that anyone could seriously think that this is the best the democrats could do…

Harris is a vigourous authoritarian pro-cop politician. Even some Republicans had never dreamt to be like her.

She’s pro-cop when she thinks it’s useful. She’ll turn anti-cop at the drop of a hat when that becomes convenient. Harris is an opportunist. She’s Hillary 2.0. Insincere, fake, zero charisma.

And she will return to her pro-cop policies after the election. Democrats will betray their woke base like Trump has betrayed his alt-right base.
