Here at the resort, there’s a beautiful old desk and am old leather desk chair. As a result, I already have added 777 words to my new article on Ana Iris Simón and we are only two days into the vacation.

Also, I discovered that heating milk before pouring it into coffee makes it taste enormously better.

Here in Italy milk added to coffee is always heated beforehand, unless you are having a caffè macchiato in which case just a drop or two or room-temperature milk is added from little metal beakers. The idea is that you are supposed to drink your coffee hot and adding cold milk lowers the temperature of the coffee.
    But then what should I know? I never drink coffee myself, tea forever, yeah!
