I’m reading the book by Diego Fusaro that I bought yesterday. I’m halfway done, but I’m not very impressed. He is criticizing the architecture of the inner world of a neoliberal achievement subject. But he is not talking about what makes it so attractive. The esoteric, metaphysical realms to which it can gain access are never discussed.
I know why this happens. If you deviate two millimeters from a 100% materialistic interpretation of reality, you’re considered a quack and a fool. So the transcendental powers of neoliberal are never discussed.
As a result, Fusaro sounds like a 15th-century peasant who somehow caught a glimpse of modern dentistry. “Ha ha! Can you imagine something this crazy?”
Yeah, but it works. And you wish you had it available to you.
