Very picturesque but what about the facilities? Do they have decent broadband?

Norway’s extremely modernized. It’s a little tricky to get all the way north to Tromso by car, but not impossible, and they have excellent train systems, etc. Likely Tromso has some public internet scheme and everything. I felt alive in Norway like nowhere else on earth.
