Nobody needs to read endless articles to understand what happens at the midterms, the answer is right here in this graph:
Democrats turned out at the polls at the same rate as two years ago, but Republicans didn’t. The prices are extremely high, and jobs are still being lost to H1Bs. The job market is brutal for recent college graduates. People didn’t vote for the party that is currently in power because they are struggling in this economy and see no job prospects.
There doesn’t seem to be much of a mystery.
