On the Rush Limbaugh radio station, a commentator is angrily denouncing Obama for not using federal forces to persecute the selling of marijuana in Colorado. Not 10 minutes later the same commentator angrily denounces Obama for not respecting the rights of the states and imposing his will on them on the federal level.
I can respect pretty much any political opinion but this sort of disregard for simple logic drives me nuts.
I suppose there are only two words that are necessary when it comes to confronting someone who wants to split the difference between Reactionary Manifesto Creation and William Hazlit’s “On the pleasure of hating”:
“You first.”
You say you want a revolution, well, ya know …
If you go carrying pictures of Rush Limbaugh now,
You ain’t gonna make it with us anyhow!
Don’t ya know it’s gonna beeeee … all right …
