Who Is Putin Afraid of?

Two of Putin’s aides have given a semi-clandestine interview to a progressive journalist (progressive in this context means anti-Putin).

Among many other things, the Putinoids mentioned that Putin wants Hillary to win the next presidential election.

We all know what this means, right? One of the oldest rules of the organization Putin represents is “Always say the exact opposite if what you mean.” Whenever Stalin, for instance, would say, “The USSR is looking for peace,” people with even half a brain knew he was telling them to prepare for war. The Molotov-Ribbentrop pact of mutual non-aggression meant that war with Germany was inevitable, etc.

So Putin is afraid of Hillary winning. This is very interesting – and it makes sense, too. Now we need to put aside whatever feelings we have about Hillary and make sure she wins. Whatever it is that bugs you about her – and obviously there’s a lot, I know – Putin is worse.

I assume you mean “no aide of Putin could give an interview to a anti-Putin magazine and live if they weren’t spreading disinformation Putin approved of”.
Otherwise playing opposite day reliably with every word is just as transparent as telling the truth all the time.

Hilariously, this about someone who isn’t “officially” running. :p

  Of course, they are only saying what they are authorized to say.
  
  And yes, the not-really-running Hillary is being discussed as the only candidate the world over. Not a single other name was mentioned. Is there another name on either side? Is the rumor that Romney will run again true?

The person Putin is most afraid of is himself. He is clearly an immature, insecure, egotistical sociopath who is afraid of his own truth. These are the most destructive of human beings. We can only hope that some forces within his own people will overcome his lock on power and bring him down.
