Yes, but since everybody in the world is a fascist except for the Russians, it will be hard to choose which fascists to blame today.

Well, Ukrainians have to be shown as inept. (Otherwise someone may think they are also capable of killing Russian soldiers vacationing in East Ukraine.) So they will not be blamed for this blatant act of terrorism in the heart of Mother-Russia. Russian TV will show a report about millions of Ukrainians taking to the streets to celebrate (as fascists should do when a library burns down, especially in the most anti-fascist country), but will not blame them directly. Estonians (paid by the Americans, of course) are another matter entirely…

You can always blame Christians. They’ve been burning books since the decree of Coptic Pope Theophilus in 391 AD to burn the Library of Alexandria in order to rid the world of pagan literature.
On another note, China has a solution to the Ukraine/Russia issue. China has a shortage of 34 million women due to its one child policy combined with the use of ultrasound to determine the gender of fetuses at an early stage and a pro male child cultural stance.
