The Russian media have been busily promoting the story of a nurse called Sasha, raped and then chopped into pieces with an axe (or maybe chopped into pieces and then raped) by a group of Ukrainian soldiers. The news reports feature photographs of the beautiful, tragically murdered Sasha.
Two days after this story started getting aired and printed, the famous porn star Sasha Grey issued a statement:
“I (love) my Russian fans, but this propaganda takes it too far. News that I was a nurse killed in the Russian/Ukraine conflict. #f***propaganda. People are dying. People are losing family members and BS outlets mock the deceased with fappery like this.”
It turns out that the actress’s photo was used to illustrate the obviously fake story. Sasha might have starred in a nurse costume in one of her films (I’m not a fan, I’m just making a guess) but she is not a nurse and she is very much alive.
Well, at least we know what the Russian propagandists watch right before concocting their bizarre stories and ranting against the degenerate West in the Russian media.

Apparently she might have been picked because she had tweeted a thing or two in support of the Ukrainian protesters a year ago.

I’d wonder just how much lacking in any sort of life of their own are the people who came up with this if they remembered a year-old tweet but that’s a question that answers itself when considering that said people are spending their days writing bullshit propaganda.

So I’ve noticed and I don’t even read Russian. Btw, I don’t comment much on the Ukraine posts since the language + distance barrier means I’m in no position to start having fierce opinions about the war in the general direction of an Ukrainian, but I deeply appreciate your posts about this.

Let me tell you the true story:
During her visit to Russia couple of years ago Sasha Grey became impressed by “Russian World”, Putin and anti-fascism. And converted to Ortodoxy. And then of course she felt moral obligation to volunteer in a fight against Kiev Junta. By means of sex-jihad.
Well… this axe thing did not go well indeed… But on the other hand one can easily understand and sympathize with the wife of Motorola… What she did was perfectly human…

I meant she used the axe out of jealousy. Come on, it was clear from the beginning that I was being sarcastic in my “true story”. So real wife of Motorola had no reason to be jealous of Sasha Grey in particular. As far as I know, of course…
