The card should be used to illustrate the word “pathetic” in Wikipedia. It’s like some people don’t even realize how silly they look sometimes.
This is the laissez-faire amateur economist version of leaving a Chick tract as a tip. The proposed minimum wage is irrelevant’the same person would find a different reason to justify stiffing the bartender.
