Obama signed the Every Student Succeeds Act which will be a modification on No Child Left Behind.

Color me unoptimistic.

    I have been pretty unhappy with Obama on education issues overall. Not one iota of movement away from frequent standardized testing.

      Exactly. In the speech dedicated to the new education act, Obama praised the NCLB and said that the new act built on its goals. 😦
