For everybody else, the festivities are over but for us they are just beginning. The best gifts, the biggest celebration, the most attractive food selection, the prettiest outfits – everything will only be beginning next week.

It’s like we’ve had a trial run with Christmas and now get to do the real celebration.

Thank God for that — surely you know how much of a pain in the ass it is to go shopping, or out into any crowd, between Thanksgiving and Christmas. Even without the “Black Lives Matter” idiots lying at my feet in the mall, the holidays are for the birds!

Why were they lying down at the mall?? What did I miss?

Some deluded activists believe that disrupting the lives of ordinary Americans — hurting the minimum wage employees hired over the holidays to serve the increased shoppers, and damaging the businesses that hired those temporary employees for the season so they could make a profit for the year — will somehow keep cops from shooting down minority victims.

That’s not how P.R. in America works.

It saddens me a great deal that the movement decided to develop in this clownish direction. But that’s the fate of every protest movement these days, it seems. Very sad.
