If I didn’t know it before, I know it now: I am a very late middle-aged, square Midwestern stay-at-home mom. I have no idea what half those things are. Off to wikipedia I guess. The internet is so enlightening.

It has nothing to do with any of that. None of these categories are aimed at women, straight or otherwise (don’t let “lesbian” fool you).
If you’ve read any of Laurel K. Hamilton’s Merry Gentry series, she has a very cleaned up hentai character. Alien abductions are basically hentai with conspiracy theories, with a medical element thrown in.
Just remember Rule 34 and to clean out your browser cookies. 🙂

Oh, of course. Women are much more likely to look for “homosexual.”
The categories of “big dick” and “Arab” seem more promising for women. Hentai is also likely to be of interest to women, I think.
