    Cruz dropped out but Kasich is still in I think. I can see Cruz and Kasich teaming up in some way? Maybe Cruz releases all his delegates to Kasich on the assurance he (Cruz) is VP?

      Maybe. I just don’t see a contested convention happening if Cruz dropped out. What leverage does Kasich even have?
