Smothering

On question after question Clinton — clearly by design — tried to bury everyone in policy detail and command of the issues. She was smothering us with experience and we were smothered.

It would be great if people could leave their issues with smothering mommies out of adult conversations and stopped minimizing their lack of psychological health by speaking in the plural. The royal “we” here is nothing but a pathetic attempt to hide from his own complexes by making them sound common and widespread.

  1. It’s amazing how this man tries to make things that are unequivocally good in a president (intelligence, competence, an understanding of the issues, experience) sound bad. How can one bury their answers in policy detail when policy detail should be the answers to questions about our foreign policy? This guy needs to deal with his mommy issues, or at least try to keep them to himself.

    1. Exactly. We have one egregiously ignorant an unprepared candidate, another candidate who never heard of Aleppo, and another one who doesn’t believe in vaccines. So yes, let’s pile on Hillary for actually knowing what she’s talking about. Makes total sense.
