  1. He is wearing a promotional t shirt for a specific type of coffee (shop). I couldn’t tell you more without looking at the other graphics on the tee.

    An accounting firm near me has “Make Accounting Great Again” on its billboard.

  2. A lot of companies are doing promotions with that tag line precisely because the reader can interpret it any way he/she wants — as a pro-Trump, Trump satire or whatever. Because of the ambiguity, it won’t anger anyone. However, as an ad fad, it won’t last long.
