Latin Americans should be really upset that even Russia chose Africans over them. Mexico’s López Obrador is toadying to Russians like crazy but they are pretending he doesn’t exist.

It’s very pro-Soviet and relies completely on the Soviet understanding of the Cold War.
The Soviet propaganda about Dulles is one of the linchpins of Putin’s ideology, by the way.
