Went on Facebook, saw the following:

Did a facepalm, left Facebook.

I’m starting to break out in hives whenever people say “self-care.”

    I feel like the people using this term could make a lot of personal progress if instead of talking about “self-care” and the need for it, they just shifted to talking about “time management”.
