    report that Russia pardoned a bunch of convicts if they’d join the military. Now that they’ve finished their six months and are back home, they’re… out committing crimes again.

      Very true. The problem is so bad that, in traditional russian style, they passed a special law making it a crime to report on it so only some of the cases are actually kn
