What is it that people are downvoting in yesterday’s post about my diabetic breakfasts? The bunny statue? Yes, I know, but it was Klara’s purchase. She loved its symbolism of mother-child love. Or is it the unknown words? Yes, I eat ethnic food, stop the presses.

Also, I am kind of wounded by the downvotes on the AI dude image. It’s the first one I ever made, and OK, he’s not perfect. I’m glad everybody else is such an AI expert they can do better images. A little support maybe for an AI beginner? I love how everybody is so superior when their own AI-generated stuff might be just as primitive. The show should air tomorrow, by the way, and I’m going to talk about some very juicy perversions, so your loss if you don’t watch.

Did she (I assume she, because it’s so catty) log into all three accounts to downvote?

Seems like a garden variety hate-junkie avoiding her personal problems.

Must have really hated my bunnies to go to all that trouble.

Yes, the bunnies aren’t what I’d call valuable art. But if my kid wants to decorate, I welcome her efforts. It doesn’t all have to be chi-chi-fru-fru elevated taste. We have a great mother-daughter time decorating and cooking together. What can possibly be bad about that?

        Well, there’s no accounting for bunny-haters 😀

The downvotes on breakfast could have just been expressing sympathy that the food wasn’t what you would have chosen for flavor.

That’s such a positive, sweet thing to say. I love this comment.

I really liked your bunny statue and could’ve bought it myself despite being 4+ times older than Klara. 🙂 Wanted to write it when you posted the picture, yet was busy those days and only now had energy to comment. Btw, today 28.02.2025 is Family Day in Israel, which has previously been known as Mother’s Day.

From my pov, tvorog and ryazhenka are 100% fine, but cinnamon tastes horrible to me. For instance, hate apple strudels with it.

Like kefir more than ryazhenka, but the truly tasty thing I recomment to try is Мацо́ни Matzoon matsoni. Haven’t eaten much milk products before and now wanted to start for health purposes, so was happy to discover matsoni in a Russian shop near my house. Love eating it with a mix of blueberries and strawberries. Tastes like a cake but without the calories and with good nutrients.

Thank you! And hoping for a real Mother’s Day gift next year for somebody. Khm.

Not for me, obviously, because we all know how old I am.

This is the icon for today’s Family Day in Google. Loved it for many reasons and look at the sort of flowers:
