Trump or Musk?

Russians want Trump to be impeached. That’s interesting!

Are you for Trump or Musk in the ongoing showdown?

I’m for Trump. Musk should go into rehab for his drug addiction.

  1. I only cared for musk insofar as he helped Trump win the presidency. Fuck him.

American is a nation of people, not an economic zone. If you house was getting invaded by Somali criminals would your first act be to balance your checkbook? America can survive an economic crisis. It cannot survive without its people.

Also it’s becoming increasingly clear that for the tech elite who helped Trump win, MAGA was just the conduit to eventually realize Vance 2028. You were right.

However, I’ll be devil’s advocate here. Palantir already has contracts with the US government, across various departments, going back the Biden era. So the libertarian concerns about spying and privacy don’t hold much weight, especially since their tech was already used for nefarious purposes (like identifying J6ers, for example). So when NYTimes suddenly starts concern trolling about Palantir and evil TECH ELITES, what they’re saying is that they just don’t want this tech to hurt their friends and clients (by integrating disparate government databases with AI to identify illegals). To that I say fuck you. As an american, I’m already surveilled. Might as well put that to good use.

    1. I’m not happy that this tech elite is heavily pro-Israel and they’ll extract their pound of flesh for sure (see what’s happening in Columbia and Harvard). But Israel-Palestine is not the most important issue for me. America is. So if we get mass deportations and as collateral damage some retarded arab grad student gets kicked out of university for exercising his sacred right of chanting “Death to America” that’s a deal I’m quite willing accept.

Other than Trump/Vance nobody’s even talking about mass deportations. Until they have some competition on this issue, I’m tied to this ticket forever. If someone in 2028 makes his platform “I can do deportations better,” well, I’ll give them my utmost attention!

    2. I didn’t know NYTimes was pushing the Palantir narrative. This changes my perspective.

Thank you, I’m really grateful. I truly didn’t know, and yes, it does look different in this light. Wow, interesting.

      1. They published this hit piece a couple of days ago. They’re so sad that Palantir might help identify illegals using software, which is so much more effective and cheaper than knocking on doors lol. Fuck ’em.

Trump Taps Palantir to Compile Data on Americans

The Trump administration has expanded Palantir’s work with the government, spreading the company’s technology — which could easily merge data on Americans — throughout agencies.

          1. A lot of the right is still drunk on the limited government koolaid. “What if this system we created is used to persecute us when our enemies come into power?” Guess what rip van winkle, your enemies have already been weaponizing the State and violating your sacred constitution to persecute you for decades.

            1. That’s exactly why I keep saying that we don’t really have a constitution for as long as the CRA serves as the shadow constitution. You can literally get discriminated against on the basis of inborn, unchosen characteristics. You are born into second-class citizenship if you are male, white or straight.

  2. They both have some popularity to recover. Trump could clear the air by releasing some Epstein Files (and blowing up someone else), and Musk could make Grok his spokesperson in all things for a while (since Grok is consistently more popular than he is).

  3. NYTimes didn’t have this problem when the Biden IRS announced they would track tiny payments on paypal or Venmo (private data, btw) if you sold something on ebay or facebook marketplace one time. Note that this would also require “merging data across different agencies.”
