You think it’s a parody but no, it’s real.

The sense of humor is dead and buried.

It’s Spain and Argentina, which makes the whole thing all the more grim.

  1. I wonder who is the target audience. I also wonder how the movie approaches the trans theme historically, in what seems otherwise a very conventional plot.

    1. It’s based on a real story – a trans miner in an Argentine mining town – so it has that going for it.

      Meanwhile I’ve learned is that in Spanish, “coal” is “carbón”, and “carbon” is “carbono”. “Queen of Coal” (“Miss Carbón”) seems to be an actual annual beauty contest that the town held…

  2. You can tell this trannie has really captured the essence of what it means to feel like a woman. Women have yearned since time immemorial to work in coal mines and I’m glad this one has finally broken through the glass ceiling.

    Season 2 follows the journey of another woman who’s dreamed all her life of testing knife sharpness by touching the blade, completing dares involving speed, fire, or gravity, starting backyard construction projects with zero planning, and moving heavy furniture alone while insisting on zero help.
