This is very symbolic of what the Left always ends up doing. They think they are punishing some rich dude who isn’t even there but instead they punish a bunch of innocent working folks who haven’t done anything at all to deserve it.

that was exactly the point I made to my husband when I heard about the silly leftists buying and returning salt to target. All they are doing is punishing the minimum-wage workers who have to put up with other irate customers waiting to do their actual returns and giving them more work to do putting all the returns away. They are punishing the people they are always boasting they are helping by doing these “acts of protest.”. The leftists can feel so good about themselves while they ruin the day the blue-collar workers. It’s gross.

These people are so clueless and entitled, it’s embarrassing.

Yes, and it never seems to change, AWFULs, generation after generation — my grandfather always claimed that the greatest obstruction to human happiness were men wearing their collars backward and women that liked plain shoes ;-D

Criminitly, that’s my local Target. Coincidentally one of the first ones to allow bathroom use based on “gender identity”. I’d say they deserve each other.
Ok, maybe not the clerk that actually has to put everything back. It’s a shame that these older women wasting everyone’s time on this don’t have 15 grandchildren to take up their time and energy.

Dunno how it works now, but when I was dumb-retail-jobs age, there was a decided split between people who worked at Target, and people who worked the exact same jobs for the same pay at Walmart, or Food Lion, or Winn Dixie. Target codes left. People who worked there would never dream of applying at Walmart. Weird thing to be snooty about, when we were all schlubs with three roommates, but I suppose people need some way to look down on their fellow man.

I went the food service route: managers were willing to work around class schedule. What I heard from my dumb-job compadres was that both Target and Walmart are kind of like joining a cult– team development meetings with chants and cheers and stuff. Glad I escaped it 🙂

It is definitely strange that it’s the fru-fru lefty Target that they pester. Who knows what’s even going on on these people’s heads?

They know it’s safe because that’s where they shop.
They’ve heard some things about Walmart and are scared of the clientele 😀

OT. Speaking of entitled, look at this piece of shit whining over being asked a very reasonable question, given his background.

I hate that POS. And I really, really despise the kind of fake, prissy touchiness that makes a big deal out of being asked something like this. If you want to be a politician, you need to be ready to disclose and not act like a scandalized spinster.
I hope the Dems run him.

Another leftist moment. Not disclosed here: she changed her nationality and won those 3 olympics medals for China. “SF Native” lol.
