Puerto Vallarta used to be a great tourist destination and Cervantes used to be not s murderous piece of excrement:

This all started in Mexico at the exact same time as the country got a multi-party democracy instead of a one-party pseudo-democracy of the previous 70 years. Today’s party of power in Mexico is owned by the Sinaloa cartel, which is the greatest rival of CJNG. We will see on the news that this is a major government operation against drug trade but it’s simply one cartel killing off another. There is no longer a government in the traditional sense in Mexico.

    This feels like an inane comment compared to the seriousness of Mexico’s situation, but anyway… There’s a celebrated Japanese anime, politically complex and crowded with villains, which a few years back introduced a kind of antichrist character called “Morena Prudo”, a mafia boss who is secretly using a psychic contagion to destroy the world. From what I can see, she was introduced in the same year that Claudia Sheinbaum took over Mexico City! Maybe it’s just a coincidence, but…

      It’s a great comment, actually. Sheinbaum has followed in the footsteps of her mentor López Obrador by fomenting racial tensions to distract from her party’s complicity with the Sinaloa cartel. We are being milked dry by these race peddlers. We need to reject this kind of stuff completely. It’s totally a psychic contagion.
