It definitely makes sense for people on food stamps. But it will be a punishment for everybody not on food stamps because it will immediately drive the price way up.

I’d be onboard with that, if it stipulated that the rotisserie chicken in question could not contain MSG or any of its analogues. It’d force all the plebe supermarkets to ditch that stuff, so then I could enjoy a rotisserie chicken now and then 😉
