“Talent” is an amorphous concept that, like the concept of “meritocracy,” has traditionally privileged whiteness. It’s really just a dog whistle for white supremacy. I truly hope your administration reconsiders this new name and chooses not to be complicit with structural racism.

I get it. LOL. To confirm, I was joking. The sad/scary thing is that it’s almost impossible to distinguish between the woke discourse on race and the parody of this discourse.
