She looks very happy and relaxed, and yes very silly pose, though I do feel jealous of her ability to sleep in that pose and not have kinks in her back.

Both cats and dogs are known for falling asleep in hilariously awkward poses. It’s either a side effect of domestication or part of a manual they receive on how to entertain hairless apes to keep the canned food coming.
