Fuel shortages in Russia have produced mile-long lines at most gas stations. As people wait in line, they started composing jokes. Here’s one.

A Russian man is waiting in line at the gas station. “I’ve had enough of this,” says the man to his wife. “Take the wheel, I’m going to go shoot Putin.” Two hours later, he returns. “Did you shoot him?” asks the wife. “No, the line to shoot Putin is longer than this one!”

It will never stop being funny that “a gas station masquerading as a country” ran out of gas.
