I spent years snipping out Russian flags from our flag display, but the little bitch always comes back.
I have to climb up on chairs and perform feats of acrobatic prowess to remove the nasty thing.

Instead of getting rid of it attach something to it to make it a flag of a different country. It would be easiest to make it into a Slovenia or Slovakia flag. I bet you don’t have those in your display yet…
