People are reacting in interesting ways to my newly short hair.
N simply failed to notice any change.
“So?” I asked him when he came home.
“This is a beautiful dress you are wearing,” he said.
“Forget the dress! There is something more important going on.”
“Huh?” he responded.
I’m taking this as a good sign. The man adores me with or without hair, what can be better than that?
Then I told my sister about the haircut over the phone.
“This is very unexpected! I’m not sure I can deal with this! This is too much,” she said.
“Look, I haven’t worn my hair this short for 23 years,” I explained. “I decided it was time for a change.”
“But these were good 23 years!” she responded in a tragic tone she will use when delivering the eulogy at my funeral seventy years from now.
Let’s see what my students say tomorrow.
I can’t wait to see what we, your readers, say about it!
(That’s a not so subtle hint that I want to see a picture ;))

Yes, after all these posts I’ll have to reveal the hair to the world. π π

So how short is you hair? Shoulder length? Chin Lenth? Ear length? I once cut my hair very very short. (Above my ears short.) And I liked it for about 3-4 months and then I HATED it. I grew it out and have kept my hair long ever since then. My long hair makes me feel beautiful. π But that being said, I love short hair on other women and think it makes some women look quite sexy. How are you liking your short hair?

That’s the thing, I have no idea how long it is. π It’s blow-dried and until I wash it, I won’t really know. It’s naturally curly, so it will create a sort of a curly cloud around my head.
Tomorrow we’ll know the true length. π
