This is the very first lobster bisque I have made. Pretty, isn’t it?

Oh my Gosh! That’s looks amazing! Can you share the recipe? By the way, I know I commmented on this once before. But Sopa de Ajo has become a standard recipe at my house. My partner and I can’t get enought of it! 🙂

It didn’t come out as great as I wanted. I will try again to make it completely satisfactory and then publish the recipe, OK?

I’m happy you like sopa de ajo!!

I never understood how people prepare soup in buns (bread) without soup leaking out & bread becoming wet in an unpleasant way. Not much liquid in soup?

These bread bowls were especially made at the bakery to hold soup. They have a very thick crust. And this soup is a bisque, which means it’s not very liquid. The bread bowl did not get in the least soggy after holding the soup. In fact, it was delicious. 🙂

Looks very yummy! What’s in the salad next to it? That looks delicious too!

It’s the kind of salad where I mix every vegetable I have in the house. 🙂 This time it included: baby spinach, cucumber, cilantro, tomatoes, radishes, shallots, those dark green Mexican tomatoes – kumata? – don’t remember the name. The dressing is olive oil mixed with grapefruit balsamic vinegar, a little salt, some squished garlic, some orange peel. I live for salads.
