Irrespective of whether the stickers say “Romney”, “Obama”, “Feminists of the world unite” or “Patriarchy has got to go”, placing them on a baby is wrong and stupid. This is a baby, for Pete’s sakes, not a billboard.
I found the photo here.

I also find it stupid. My two year old son went to protests with me last May, but I have always refused to stick political or affiliation signs on him.

Good on you!
I remember holding signs and shouting chants when I little. I didn’t want to participate in the rallies but my mom made me anyway.

There was a very notorious incident here in I think 1990, when a Conservative minister, during the BSE crisis, held a photo op and was pictured feeding his small daughter a hamburger. To universal disdain. Stickered babies with isn’t quite in the same league of ickyness, but it’s definitely getting up there.
