Looking at these blog stats one might conclude that I wrote something super smart yesterday:
I didn’t, though. The reason why visitors inundated the blog yesterday is that somebody discovered this old personality test and started sharing it on Facebook. It is kind of sad that I keep trying to say something valuable, yet all people care about is a silly test.

agree with el. i saw the tree test on facebook, went looking for and came across the source, have linked to your blog rather than sharing the fb copy, and meanwhile have found some interesting material on your blog i’d have otherwise not come across. i used to blog and people would come across me from the most unlikely sources….

You’re having a “Clement Clarke Moore” moment. He was a famous Oriental Language Professor in the nineteenth century but we remember him for a poem that he wrote for his son entitled, “A Night before Christmas.”
