The driving rules of the State of Illinois prohibit making “improper hand or facial gestures at other drivers.” I can think of a couple of improper hand gestures but what are improper facial gestures? Like making faces at people? What if that is my regular facial expression?
Sticking your tongue out at them? Waggling your eyebrows suggestively?
What is the penalty for violating such a rule… and who would report a weird facial expression on the road?

I’ve found that blowing kisses at aggressive male drivers who cut you off and then flip you off really, really makes them angry.
It’s far more fun than getting mad and flipping them off.
Perhaps they mean blowing kisses.

Good idea mike. Until they follow you home and expect you to put out. 😉

In a newspaper report of a court case in Namibia some 40 years ago, it was said that a man had entered a house with the intent to commit some crime unknown to the prosecutor. A woman who was in the house testified that she woke up and saw this horrible yellow face looking through the window. That was it. The possessor of the horrible yellow face was sentenced to death.
So don’t take the state of Illinois lightly. These things can have repercussions.
