“Look,” I said, “today I spent time with Ol who votes Quebec Solidaire. Then I had dinner with my friend O. who is pro-Palestine. And now I’m sitting here with you who votes Harper. And it’s all good.”
So he supports Occidental militaro-terrorists and anti-abortion fundamentalists?

I support QS because it is the party that best reflects my convictions. It would be naïve to think that a party is the perfect image of my political ideas. I did not explain to you why I could also vote for Option Nationale when we had lunch together because being on Crescent St I was scared. 🙂
Clarissa, tell you father not to worry. At least for now. I am not allowed to vote in Quebec anymore… but tell him to worry for the next federal election because my vote in Kitchener Centre may well defeat the conservatives there. 🙂
