Only within the EU. We are out of luck.

It’ll take a year or so to get started within the EU too. The individual states need to accept this first.

Finally. I live pretty close to both the Belgian and Dutch border (60 to 90 minutes drive) and I cross both regularly. It is incredible annoying to pay more for a phone call because I am a whopping 150km from home.
