One more thing, have you heard about Snowden’s participation in Putin’s most recent fake tele-interview with “regular” citizens?
Here is an article about that. Please read and comment. I have to say, I’m kind of appalled. I haven’t watched this tele-interview but I’ve seen the previous ones and I can assure you that they are entirely barf-worthy. Is Snowden being forced to participate in this kind of thing?
I don’t think Snowden’s forced participation proves he was a Russian spy all along or anything else we haven’t known before. He can or go to jail in USA (or even be executed?) or be a Russian puppet now.
I thought that by “Mr Snowden, you are a former agent, a spy” Putin meant “American former agent,” since wasn’t Snowden using computers to help USA spy on everybody?

Wouldn’t want to be Snowden these days. Let’s face it, his only chance to avoid extradition is to make himself very very useful to his host country, and Russia were the only ones that managed to take him in.

Stille: exactly. The guy has found himself in an untenable situation. This is Cold War environment brought back to us courtesy of Mr. Putin.
