The only college rating system I have any interest in is the one that affords the highest ratings to colleges with the smallest number of administrators per 1,000 students and the lowest number of adjuncts per 100 tenure-track professors.
Every other rating system is bunk.
The problem with your ratings is that the great universities would become the bad ones. 😉

Not necessarily. However, a lot of “great universities” use teaching assistants in the place of adjuncts. Yes, the Ph.D. students need to get teaching experience. No, they shouldn’t be teaching the whole course, and they should be getting in-person supervision from the course director.
