Governor Rauner announced that the program we currently have in Illinois that reimburses indigent people for a portion of the funeral expenses of their family members will be canceled.
Maybe he could further “save” money by using these corpses to fertilize the garden next to the Governor’s mansion.

That’s a smart move considering that the Chicago morgue has been overcrowded for years with bodies double stacked on the trays and corpses left for months before disposal.
“According to the Tribune, one medical examiner’s office employee said the body of a month-old baby who died in 2003 was placed in a casket with the remains of at least 42 others — “often a combination of babies, fetuses and body parts.” Now, the office is required to place each fetus or baby in its own box.”

Well, Kansas! We all know what Kansas has been turned to in the past few years. The state is a disaster. I was hoping that Illinois would not go onto this obviously failed direction.
