The website warns people not to get lured by the dishonest competitors who sell bad product. And who might those competitors be?
So who are these kind people who are warning the American students about evil Ukrainian websites? Hmm, that’s a mystery!
Well, no, not really. The small print at the bottom of the page tells us all we need to know:



With all due respect, I do not think that in this particular case it is about Russia versus Ukraine. They listed not only Ukraine but a bunch of other countries where more or less decent education is combined with tolerance for shady business and academic practices…

I don’t think so either. But the whole message that fake Russian dissertations are so much better than fake Ukrainian dissertations is bizarre. We’re different but we’re not that different. 🙂
