I know everybody is sick and tired of the hair adventures, but I changed the color again and my sister needs to see it.
Now I have decided to go darker. The previous color got washed off very fast, so now I’m hoping this color will stick to the hair longer. It will start getting lighter every day. But I’ve never been this dark in my life, and it’s very exciting to be so different for a while.
The weird facial expression is due to the harsh sunlight and not the color.
Red hair dye and red natural pigment doesn’t stick to hair very long. 🙂 Hats and hair protectants are your friends.

I love it! I frequently have my hair in some type of mahogany/cherry shade and this product is a life saver. It actually deposits color in to you hair and triples the length it lasts. I can’t praise this product enough.

Another tip. If you can stand it, don’t wash your hair for two days after getting it colored. It seems to give the color more chance to adhere to your hair. 🙂

I wouldn’t worry about this too much …
Usually I’m astounded by the lack of aesthetics many stylists have when they attempt to work with my hair, although one time the stylist took it to ridiculous levels of non-aesthetic finesse.
Within a few minutes, I had Walter White’s haircut from “Breaking Bad”.
I went with it for a while — I told people that I had entered into a bet with a friend for going together to a Halloween fancy dress party.
Naturally, they assumed I lost the bet …
Instead, I told them that I won the bet, and that my friend, who is conspicuously male, would be going as Skyler White. 🙂
Of course, after October was over, I had to accept the fact that I was going to look like a posh soccer hooligan for a while …

Red is hard to keep, true, but I think it looks more natural on you than this because you are so fair. I also like to go as dark as I can, partly because of the fade factor and partly because I find it so exotic — I was dark blond before turning a less interesting brown around 30, and really dark is fun. To me. But if I stay more medium I match my skin tone better.

Love it! Beautiful colour and it suits you. I used to be able to achieve a similar effect with henna, but now alas my hair would just go orange. I have to pay an actual hairdresser to do the deed, or I look like a badger.
