Saying Good-bye

I finally removed the Bernie sticker from my car’s bumper. I couldn’t throw it away for sentimental reasons, so I placed it inside on the dashboard.

I realized that if he’d ran against anybody but Hillary, I would have totally supported Bernie. Even though I insist that his college plan is bizarre. But since it’s Hillary, I didn’t have a choice.

    Serious question: How’d you get the sticker off the bumper without shredding it to bits?

    When I was a medical resident in California in 1972, one of the medical students assigned to my team snuck out to the hospital parking lot and and put a McGOVERN sticker on the front bumper of my car. Getting it off was a real pain!

      I don’t know, it just came off with no trouble. Maybe it’s especially high-quality.

        Or perhaps the glue was designed to be temporary, to wash away in the first rain of reality that splashed across the political landscape… 🙂

          Ah, I know, Debbie Wasserman Schultz must have infiltrated Bernie’s campaign with flimsy stickers to send the message that Bernie is flaky.
