Isolated

I’m so isolated I don’t even know how to pronounce covfefe. There’s nobody I can discuss it with orally and not in writing.

I don’t think it matters much as it’s a Twitter joke and the meaning and pronunciation are mysterious. Who else do you Skype/Facetime with other than your sister?

    • I don’t do Skype with her, actually. Or with anybody now that the analysis is over. I don’t like Skype because I prefer to walk while I talk. Sedentary conversations are not as much fun as ambulatory ones.

How true. Skype-ing I feel like I have to set up lighting and background and makeup. Enjoy this walk and talk:

  2. Fun fact: The letter v is sometimes used in writing systems for Native American languages where it usually has the value of the ‘uh’ vowel in pun or hun (sometimes nasalized but we’ll skip that).

With that in mind my mental pronunciation (because I need a mental pronunciation to read anything) is koh-uh-FEE-fee.
