If a man wears a t-shirt that says “Make coffee great again”, is he pro-Trump, anti-Trump or an indifferent goofball?
I’d say a goofball with affinity for “T-shirts with attitude;” that demographic is left-leaning, think Berniebro.

He is wearing a promotional t shirt for a specific type of coffee (shop). I couldn’t tell you more without looking at the other graphics on the tee.
An accounting firm near me has “Make Accounting Great Again” on its billboard.

A lot of companies are doing promotions with that tag line precisely because the reader can interpret it any way he/she wants — as a pro-Trump, Trump satire or whatever. Because of the ambiguity, it won’t anger anyone. However, as an ad fad, it won’t last long.

I think the manufacturers of cheese in blocks should market with the slogan, “Make Cheese Grate Again.”
